Refund Policy
1. Booking & Deposit Refunds

A £150+ security deposit is required at the time of booking.

This deposit is fully refundable within 5 working days of the vehicle's return, provided:

The vehicle is returned on time

No damage, missing items, or late fees apply

No outstanding traffic fines or additional charges are incurred

2. Cancellation by the Customer
If a customer cancels more than 48 hours before the rental start time, they are entitled to a full refund of both the rental fee and the security deposit. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a 50% refund of the rental fee, while the full deposit will still be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the rental is due to begin, the rental fee is non-refundable, but the deposit will still be returned. In the case of a no-show or failure to collect the vehicle, no refund will be issued for either the rental fee or the deposit.

3. Early Return

If the renter chooses to return the vehicle before the agreed end date, no partial refund will be issued for unused rental days, unless approved in writing by Rentals On Go Ltd.

4. Cancellations by Rentals On Go Ltd

In rare cases where we must cancel your booking (e.g., due to vehicle issues, emergency, or ineligibility):

You will receive a full refund of all payments, including deposit and rental fees

We may offer an alternative vehicle where available

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 working days

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method used at booking

6. Non-Refundable Fees

Late return fees, cleaning charges, fines, excess mileage, and damage deductions are non-refundable

Any deductions will be documented with supporting evidence (photos, invoices, or inspection reports)
