🚗 Delivery & Collection Policy

1. Overview

At Rentals On Go Ltd, we offer flexible and convenient vehicle delivery and collection services across London to make your rental experience as smooth as possible.

2. Delivery Zones & Fees

We deliver and collect vehicles throughout London Zones 1–6. Pricing is based on distance from our garage location:

Zone 1 –6 £20

Outer London £30+

3. Delivery Requirements

The renter must be present at the time of delivery with the following:

Valid UK Driving Licence (photocard and counterpart if applicable)
Matching payment card (used for deposit or rental)
Any additional documents requested for insurance verification

🔐 A full vehicle condition report will be taken and handover form will be completed and signed by both parties before the delivery.

4. Collection Policy

Collection must be arranged at time of booking or no later than 24 hours before return date
The vehicle must be:
- Refuelled or recharged to the same level as when collected
- Clean and free of excessive dirt, rubbish, or odours
- Returned with all keys, documents, and accessories provided

⚠️ Late return or no-show at collection may result in a late fee of £20/hour up to 2 hours then full day rate applies.

5. Missed Delivery / Collection

If the renter is not present at the agreed time and location, a re-delivery or waiting charge of £25 may apply.

6. Delivery Outside London / Special Requests

We may offer delivery outside Greater London or after-hours delivery on request, subject to availability and additional fees.

7. Safety & Tracking

All vehicles are delivered with:

GPS tracking enabled
Ghost immobiliser (security feature)
Dash cam (for mutual protection)
